This privacy policy applies to the mobile application “Wrestle Tycoon”.
We take the protection of personal data seriously. Data is processed only where necessary to provide, secure, improve or monetise the app. Many game functions can be used locally on your device.
Certain features may use online services, advertising, purchases, optional account functions, cloud storage or artificial intelligence. The data processed depends on which features you choose to use.

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, technical errors and stability problems. Firebase Analytics may be used to understand how features of the app are used and to improve the app.

Where consent is legally required, we request consent before displaying personalised advertising. Depending on the app version and operating system, you may change or withdraw your advertising consent in the app settings or device settings.
After a rewarded advertisement has been watched completely, the reward may be verified and stored using our backend.

Wrestle Tycoon uses the Gemma artificial intelligence language model provided by Google for certain optional features. Gemma may be used, for example, to create interviews, commentary or other narrative game content.
The app uses Gemma as its artificial intelligence model. It does not use a Gemini model for these Gemma features.
Requests are transmitted from the app to our Firebase Cloud Functions backend. The backend then sends the required information to Google's hosted developer API service in order to run the Gemma model and return the generated text.

The use of Gemma features is optional. Wrestle Tycoon can be played without using these artificial intelligence features.
Users should not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information about themselves or other real people into text fields used for artificial intelligence features. Passwords, payment information and other sensitive account information are not required for these features.
According to the current Google terms applicable to developers in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the data protection conditions for paid services also apply to unpaid API quota. Under these conditions, Google states that prompts and generated responses are not used to improve or train its products and models.
Google may nevertheless process or temporarily retain prompts and generated responses where necessary to provide and secure the service, detect misuse, enforce applicable policies or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Generated texts may be displayed in the app and stored locally as part of the game, interview history or save game. If cloud saving is enabled, generated content contained in a save game may also be stored in the user's cloud save.
Text may also be processed as part of a feedback or quality report if the user submits such a report or uses a corresponding feedback function.

Wrestle Tycoon is a wrestling management game and is not specifically directed at children.
Purchases, online features and account creation should be used by adults or with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Users should not enter personal information about children into free text fields or artificial intelligence features.
If we learn that personal data relating to a child has been processed without the required consent, we will delete it where legally required.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing may be based on the following legal bases:
Local game data can be removed by deleting the relevant save game, resetting the app data or uninstalling the app.
Cloud save data and account data are stored for as long as the relevant account or online function is used, unless a shorter or longer period is required for technical or legal reasons.
Generated Gemma texts may remain stored as part of a local or cloud save until the relevant save data is deleted.
Crash reports and analytics data are stored in accordance with the retention settings and terms of the relevant Firebase service.
Support messages and feedback are stored only for as long as necessary to process the request, investigate the issue or comply with legal obligations.
Online account data, support data or cloud data will be deleted when you request deletion or delete your account, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate security requirements apply.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Where required, international transfers are based on appropriate legal safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

Wrestle Tycoon is an independent wrestling management game. The app is not affiliated with real wrestling companies, leagues, promotions or rights holders.
All third-party trademarks, company names and other protected names belong to their respective owners.
We may update this privacy policy if app features, service providers, data processing activities or legal requirements change.
